Mrs Davinder kumari , 78 yrs old lady , mother of Capt Vivek verma  claim that his son brutally murdered by Shipping company in glove with Iranian hospital. She request PMO / External affair ministries to investigate the matter.

She is brave lady and alive and survived covid-19 pandemic,  till today with hope that her son will get justice by penalizing concern person.  

Capt Vivek verma , resident of Gurugram, died Jan’19 at Hospital in Iran due medical illness / surgery. Sickness occurred after two month while working onboard  thereafter  Sent to Iran hospital from vessel for further treatment.

He was Employed by M/S True Admiral LP through Indian manning agency M/s Ausland Ship Management Services Pvt Ltd and was on his 3rd contract with company.Initially Company refused to pay any death compensation to NOK and tried to harass her (Sr. Citizen, old lady).  Somehow compensation recovered with help of marine lawyer after a year.

She is awaiting response from External affairs / Madad.

Struggle with PMO & Foreign affairs to get death investigation of Capt Vivek verma at  Iran Hospital by a his mother Senior citizen Mrs Davinder Kumari.

23rd Nov’20 : Hand written letter submitted to PMO office , Rashtrapati Bhavan.

but not received  any reply.

23rd Sept’21 : Online grievance submitted to PMO , but closed without any action.

7th Jun’22 : reminder email sent to External Affair check action/status. Reply not received.

13th Jun’22: Phone call received to resubmit Grievance to MADAD. all details sent by email.

14th Jun’22 : Grievance letter sent by email to MADAD  and  received  Grievance ID :
